My art obsession began with drawing horses since I couldn’t have one.  I guess I figured the next best thing would be to surround myself with lots of pictures of them!  I studied art and photography at  and expanded my skills from there.  I fell in love with oil painting in my Senior year of college, and wished I hadn’t waited to try such an amazing medium.  I was so intimidated by oil paints for so long but quickly learned how amazing they are to work with.  I also love working in pastel and watercolor.

Now, instead of drawing horses with crayon and markers, I use oil paints and pastels to create custom paintings.  What better way to surround yourself in your passion than to paint it!
